1.1 rep max clean and jerk
2. 1 rep max dead lift
3. Max rep any way pull ups
4. Max rep TRX push up/knees to chest
5. Conditioning protocol
-400m run to dummy
-rest 5minutes
-200m dummy
-rest 5 minutes
-100 calorie Airdyne
