Upper body

Push Jerk work up to max weight for 1 rep
Bench Press same as above

Circuit
1 arm DB Incline bench 15 reps
15 Pull ups
weighted sit ups 20
5 burpees
rest 45 sec. repeat x4

Circuit 2
Bent over Barbell Row 15 reps
alternating arm DB shoulder press 15 each arm
Truck drivers

Bike or Row
3 x 5 min. moderate resistance high cadence

Roll Roll Roll out your legs
