I will start posting workouts and information again from here on. If I am planning on going away I will try to post thru the time I will be gone.
I am going back to this because i realize more now than ever having something to follow is the vital key to success. Keep in mind working out by yourself will never substitute working out with your team mates. Work together whenever possible. One other thing I want to make sure I cover is diet. Eat well fellas, over the last couple weeks I have cleaned the diet up, I have noticed being able to do more for longer, lift more and recover faster. So here are a couple books I read that are really eye opening. After reading these you will be armed with some amazing knowledge, not only for you but your family and friends
