Warm up your front squat nicely, put a weight on the bar you can do 8x. Make it heavy but the first time you do this make sure to ease into it a little. You can keep adding on weight for the next two sets.
8x front squat then 400m run in less than 1:15
Repeat x3 rest 3-5 minutes between sets
Finished for the day
Had to substitute hill sprints for 400m but surely not any easier.....
