Friday

Well really depends on what you did yesterday. If you crushed yourself at the tower. Go have fun stay off your legs and recover. 1 rep max your bench press or something

Costa and I are gunna go kill ourselfs at 6

Remember being fresh for the next week of training is more important than killing yourself repeatedly

    Starts hoists and some stairs to warm up then

    8 sumo deadlifts/keiser/cones(again one of the better circuits)
    2 100 m dummy drags

    I then did a 15 on 15 off kettlebell interval snatch circuit for 35 min.
    16kg bell. I used it the way its meant to be used. throw it up then throw it down. It was long hard and taxing after 20 min.
