Litvinov Back Squats

8 Back Squats Run 400m

Repeat 3 times

then

Prowler Hose Advances(connect the sand filled hose to the prowler)

8 x 50m
30 sec Rest

4 x 50 foot Backwards prowler with lots of weight on the prowler
