Thursday 24th

If you are doing Coursework Friday
Do some upper body work
Horizontal push/pull circuit style 6 heavy reps of each
Vertical Push/Pull circuit style 6 heavy reps of each
Kettlebell Snatches or DB Snatches heavy 3x5

Kettlebell Circuit

6,5,4,3,2,1

perform 6 reps of the snatches then 6 reps of clean and presses of 1 arm then switch arms

then countdown to 1
