Warm up
GHD 15 / kettlebell 15 repeat 5

Find your 5 rep max box squat
Then
Sumo stance 5 rep max Deadlift

Then 80% of 5 rep squat and dead
3x10 squats and 2x10 of Deadlift

Hit some abs and low back shit
