Deload to Reload Week......

This next week is my favorite kind of week. Why? Simple its where you can do virtually nothing while seeing gains. This is where all your hard work pays off. This week you will do little but gain much. Your body needs a chance to reset and reload. If you want to maximize your gains for the week do your best to eat a low carb, high protein diet. Get as much sleep as possible. Take care of any aches and pains. Take the focus off working out. A couple recovery sessions with rolling, stretching and super light cardio. But try to stay away from the gym as much as possible. Ask yourself this question: Would I rather workout hard today or would I rather squat more next week? In case your ADD kicks in and you want to crush it. We have a long way to the Championship this is your chance to gear down, take full advantage........Here is the schedule Monday Wendler reload Squat and Overhead Press 5@40%,5@50,AMRAP@60% Tuesday or Weds. hit a recovery WOD Thursday Deadlift and Bench Press reload fri. or sat. hit a recovery WOD....REST REST REST SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN(as much as you can from lean natural organic meats)
