Schedule....

I am currently Internet dead where I am at.... So here is the schedule for the next two weeks....For each of the days pick 3 assistance exercises to be done with your major lift. Thurs. deadlift with conditioning of 20 bleacher sprints or hill sprints. Friday bench with 1 hour leg recovery run or ride. Sat. Crossfit Monday squats with 200m sprints x8.... Tues push jerk.... Thurs. deadlifts with 500m row pace at 90% 1:1 rest work x 5. Friday bench with recovery. Sat. Hit the course or something similar
