Warm up with sled drag forward and backward. GHD 15 and DB SNATCH 10/5 per arm x5 Deadlift 1RM then 90% is your number. 5@75,5@80, AMRAP@85... Then conditioning take 35% of your deadlift 10 clean high pulls/2 minute airdyne or row.....goal is 30 cal per minute 5 sets rest 2 min between. Then 60 yard farmer carry heavy as possible 5 sets
