Sunday.......Rest and recover

Recovery is key to increasing performance.  When you workout you put yourself in debt, the only way out is through sound nutrition coupled with rest.

Have you ever seen the movie the "fifth Element", well in the movie all elements were needed in order for the weapon to work.  If one of the elements were missing, nothing happens.  well the same holds true for your body.  If you loose a night of sleep cancel out gaining optimization.  Eat like shit, same thing.  Work out to much, same thing.  Recovery is easy.  Sure you can roll out on a recovery day and its a little better.  Or you can just stop thinking about working out all together and relax.
