Thursday march 3

This will be a different workout due to this being a practice.....
For the veterans it will be a conditioning tool and reintroduction to the course
For the new guys well you will learn a lot and get in challenge shape along the way

We will start with some dead lifting and then move to the tower and run through the course using our tower.
I know our tower sucks.....but you still got to go up hoist and down. So it's close enough and we will have to use the Travis
Tower to refine our skills....

Come ready to work out and move.....if everyone shows up then that is a lot of setting up and resetting.
