Hello Sallies,

are you feeling low? need some self confidence? then go pack your vagina with tissue and see a gyno......j/k Back from the mountains and Costa is back from holding hands in Europe. The FF Olympics are coming and I think the week of July 24 is a great week to start training in earnest. We are looking at a al a carte FFCC somewhere back East for all that are interested sometime in August. So this is another GPP(general prepardness progam) workout. Lets keep the intensity high but have some fun and do something different. This workout is hard but is very, very good conditioning. Looking forward to the Crossfit Games in the Olympics and then really wanting to get back to the SHED and working out as a team again.
