You know what to do.....sweat a little, roll out or get a massage, stretch. Eat good but not a lot of sugar(ie...fruit, sugar, pasta) a huge steak and a sweet potato with a side of esparagus...or almond crusted salmon with a huge arugula salad and some roasted veggies....
Lesson for the day: Diet, when to eat sugar and what about Fish Oil???
Sugar comes in the form of carbohydrate, it does not matter what form it comes in its still sugar.
Vegtables, fruit, table sugar, pastas, bread, jelly, there is a lot of them and carbohydrates fill up the most of the american diet, especially wheat and corn product. Wheat and corn can be dried out and stored, or made into something that lasts on a shelf for a long time. Some people can eat it some people can't.
What does this mean to us and why the fuck should you care? Simple answer.
Sugar=Insulin/ Insulin in excess= bad things
Insulin is a storage Hormone that gets released into your body when and only when you eat carbohydrate. Meat and fats do not cause a Insulin release. Insulin is inflammatory and causes more metabolic mayham then any substance you put in your body, or I should say your body produces. The diseases that excess insulin causes is long and some of these diseases kill people, make them sick there whole life. How many type 2 Diabetics do you know??? Why are they type 2 because they ate themselves there, there is no argument against it....
OK back to the point. If you limit your carbohydrates to after your workout(when you can eat the shit out of them and suffer no adverse effects) and the rest of the day get your carbohydrates from vegtables then you have reduced the amount of inflammation in your body and that will help your performance, by repairing tissue that you have damaged from killing yourself at the gym.
Fish Oil is highly anti imflammatory, so suppliment 5-7grams of both EPA and DHA(its on the back of the Bottle) I like Kirkland Enteric Coated. Its cheap and gives a lot of EPA DHA
MY Daily Diet Goals:
Alpha lipolic Acid and N acytle L- Carnatine(this shit turns the switch on like no coffee could)
Eat Protein from different sources
BCAAs Before a workout
High Quality Whey After with Genr8
Vegtables little fruit
Grass Fed Beef or Organic Chicken
Fish oil throughout the day
Oil from: walnut, olive, seasame only
Fat from Avacado
Eat 1 red bell pepper apple style
Daily Diet
2 High quality eggs(free roaming organic) and 8 eggs whites from shitball cheap eggs
avacado and some fresh juice from the juicer(all vegtables, hella vitamins)
Before workout BCAAs
After workout Protein/Carb
wait 30-45 mins.
Tuna salad with onions, roasted pecans, celery, 1 pear or apple, lots of spice and walnut oil
and some deep green greens.
Dinner
1 huge Grass Fed Steak
Sweet Potato
Esparagus
a little peice of fruit after

Also try to get 9 hours of sleep if you can, this is huge fellas
