DB Single Arm Incline Bench Press 4x8
DB Bent Over Rows 4x8

Circuit
DB Snatches x 5 each arm(heavy)
Pull Ups Strict 10-15(add weight if you need but don't go over 15)
DB Shoulder Press x 8(heavy)

Rear Delt and Arm Crusher
Chin ups x10
Rear Flys x 12
Curls x10

100 Sit ups

Don't forget your Combat Challenge Warm up
or get down to the tower
and do some hoists and keisers
Don't be lame and let yourself get to far away from the Course work. Workouts are workouts and practice is practice.....2 different things separate the 2
