Here is what we did....
800m jog,800m fast
5 chest to bar chin ups on the minute for 11 sets
Push up madness
10 PUs
10 Set back PUs x2 switching arms
10 right knee to right elbow then 10 to the left
10 switch overs left knee to right elbow then switch
1 minute each arm 65lb max reps bent over rows
400m 180lb hose simulated sled pull
200m 90lb backwards sled pull
roll and stretch
