Rest 3minutes
300cal Airdyne or 5k row

If no equipment just run 5k
But if you run find a track and hit 12 laps don't map my ride
Then ab circuit
4 rounds
20 toes to bar
20 weighed sit ups
20 truck drivers

Roll out stretch out everyday
