1rep max day for squat and Deadlift......this will be the last time you do this for a while so make it count. Record this number to see how fucking strong you got
1 rep max testing is not a easy thing. If you really want to get strong you have to learn how to be strong. The only way to learn is to really dig deep and push yourself.
Tips for the squat: feet...wider than shoulders 15-20 degrees pointed out. Bar resting low on your shoulder blades, on the shelf. Get under bar.... deep, deep breath in squeeze your fists around bar...lift bar up one last deep breath and drop down to below parellel keep chest up push up with fists.
Tips for deadlift: bar to shin, bend over grab bar with opposing grips.....sit down chest up lean back against bar....deep deep breath....try to pull bar back and up against shins(scrap them bitches)
