Stairs or prowler or hill sprints with weight or treadmill with vest

Run 800 sprint 800
Complete 20 sprints that last from 10 to 20 sec that equates to
40 yrd prowler
5 floors of stairs
100 yrd hill sprint
Or max out treadmill
