Thursday Warm up Lateral sled Drag 100m GHD x 10/Kettlebell x 10 5 sets Dead Lifts 3 x 70% 3 x 80% AMRAPR x 90% Front Squats 3x8reps 100 band good mornings or 100 Kettle bell Swings or 100 GHDs....#1 do this if you have one or 100 TRX Leg Curls
