Warm up......15 Kettlebell Swings 53lbs./ 10 GHD Raises x5 sets......Wendler Deadlifts 5@75...3@85...AMRAP@95....Front Squats 3x6(full depth)....100 Kettlebell swings in as few sets as possible 53lbs.......Done........This is it for the Heavy work, next week is a light load week. Very important to do the lower lighter load and let the body recover. Then we will start over with actual max efforts for the same lifts. You will be stronger if you take care of your diet and recovery. Don't stay up all night every night, eat shit and wonder what happened when you shit the bed. Lift heavy it makes you a better man......
