Somedays we work the upper parts some days the lower parts.....today is Everything, This will start establishing a pain tolerance for what is to come.....10 95lb snatches/10 Toes to Bar/10 burpees 5 Rounds.....or if you have a rower...1000m row/50bar thrusters/30 Pullups.....Thats all folks....the only catch is you must do the workout hard as possible from the beginning. Put yourself in the state of uncomfortable from the beginning and get through it fast
