1 min jump rope 10 jumps 1 leg switch keep alternating for 1 minute

2x10 single leg box jumps

Clean and jerks
5 x 60%
5 x 70%
5x 80% am rap

Tabata intervals air squats

Pull up circuit
5 strict chin ups unbroken
10 Kipping pull ups unbroken
15 jumping chest to bar
X 3 sets 1 min rest

Max reps body weight bench press
Tabata sit ups

Roll out muscles. Protein shake. Eat paleo.....
Be ready for fuck it up Friday at the tower....course introduction....
