Workout......Face Pulls 100.....8 Sets of 6 Reps on the Minute Chest To Bar Pull Ups.......Bench Press 3x70%...3x80%....AMRAP@90%....Pendlay Rows 3x8.....Jacked and Ripped session.....DB Military Presses 15/DB Curls 10each arm x5sets.......Dips 20/Bar curls 12.....Running.....800m jog/800m sprint.....rest 5 min......4x200m....all out 200m...walk back to start(2min rest)repeat.....
